How to check Notification?

You can view any notifications by clicking the bell icon in the upper right corner:

1. Quest-related#

a. Quest Completed: After completing and submitting all subquests within the specified timeframe, and passing the review, a notification will appear on the bell icon in the upper-right corner, confirming your quest completion and reward.

b. Quest Failed: If you fail to complete all sub-quests within the specified time, the quest will be marked as failed, and a quest failure notification will appear on the bell icon in the upper right corner.

2. Review-related#

a. Review Success: Joinly reviews the quests completed by users. If all sub-quests under a given quest pass the review, the review is considered successful, and the reward will be issued. At this time, a notification of successful review and reward issuance will appear on the bell icon in the upper right corner.

b. Review Failure: If any sub-quests under the quest fail the review, the review is considered unsuccessful. A notification of review failure will appear on the bell icon in the upper right corner. You can submit an appeal for the completed quest within 24 hours.

3. Withdrawal-related#

a. Withdrawal Success: When you initiate a withdrawal request and your reward USDT is successfully transferred on-chain to your personal Web3 wallet address, a withdrawal success notification will be displayed.

b. Withdrawal Failure: When you initiate a withdrawal request but your reward USDT is not received in your personal Web3 wallet address, a withdrawal failure notification will be displayed. This failure may be related to the address you provided or the network you selected. Please be very careful when choosing the network and verifying the address. For example, if you select the TRC20 network but provide an ERC20 wallet address, your wallet will not receive the reward, and your USDT may be lost. Please exercise extreme caution!
